How do I get my calls to you?
You will need to have your office phone forwarded to the phone number our answering service has assigned to your account.  If you wish to use the phone number we assign to your account as your main business line, then no forwarding would be needed, your customers will call your business line as normal.
How will I get my messages?
You can choose the delivery method for your messages that works best for you, including having a live operator read your messages back to you.  We offer-email, fax, voicemail, call connect and pager delivery methods.
How will you answer phone calls to my account?
Your account will be customized specifically by your request and for your needs.  This includes the "answer phrase" we will use when answering calls, the information we collect from callers, information you may want us to provide to callers and how we are going to deliver the messages we take for you. 
What if I have multiple offices?
It does not matter how many locations you have, if it is one or twenty one or if you have multiple locations in one state or ten locations in multiple states, All Source Professionals will deliver the required service for each location following whatever instructions you set up for your account. 
When should our call schedule be sent to your office?
We ask that you send your call schedule to us no later than the 25th of the month for the following month.  You may send it via e-mail to services@allsourcepros.com or fax to 800-609-0965.
What if we have changes in our call schedule after your deadline?
Please notify us of any changes as soon as you make them.  If you have any last minute changes for the night, you can call our staff and provide that information over the phone.  Our staff will document your call and make the appropriate change.  All Source Professionals realizes that Physicians' schedules often change and that requires flexibility.
