Questions and Answers
Do you accept clients anywhere that do not live in the same state as your office?
YES!!  With today's technology, location is not an issue.  You will receive the highest level of quality and efficiency no matter where you are.
How much does your service cost?
Our fee is based on what is collected, not what is billed, and will be agreed upon during contract negotiations.
What about my patient's confidentiality?
All information provided to All Source Professionals is handled with the strictest confidentiality. All Source Professionals agrees that any information which identifies any patient and/or client information will be held strictly confidential.  Confidentiality agreement forms are signed by anyone employed by All Source Professionals.  We are committed to the privacy and integrity of all of our clients.
Will my patient's charts ever have to leave my office?
NO!  If we need any information, we would contact your office and request it by either fax or phone.  Only information that is pertinent to filing the claim is necessary.  All patient information is kept in the strictest of confidentiality and is only used for billing purposes.  We will only have access to what you give us access to.
Are the claims filed electronically?
Most of the claims will be sent electronically,  If not, paper claims will be computer generated and sent to the carrier.
Will my claims really be paid faster?
YES!!  Electronic claims are always processed before paper claims and because of electronic medical billing tracking methods in place, the insurance companies can't say they never received your claims.  Claims editing reduces rejections.  The % of error rate is very low and notifications of rejected claims are received within 24hrs.   Payment time is usually 10-15 days.
How are the claims worked?
All claims are processed to the insurance carrier within 24hrs or sooner from the time we receive them.  Once the EOB is received, we will initiate follow up with the insurance company.  Any claims that require an appeal will be sent on paper along with a letter of appeal and any required documentation.  We will work on each claim until it has been paid or a reasonable response for nonpayment has been given.
How long will the process take to setup my account?
This depends on how quickly the necessary information and paperwork needed for processing and setup are submitted to our billing office.  The enrollment process, setup and registration will begin with the clearinghouse.  They require specific information also.  The timing of paperwork is the key.  Insurance EDI enrollment form/contracts need to be submitted.  Government carriers take a substantial amount of time; up to 4-6 weeks, commercial 1-2 weeks.  Our medical billing office will submit paper claims; until all processes are complete and intact.  Account preparation and setup process; estimated 2-4 weeks.  All Source Professionals will do all possible ensuring the speed in which your medical practice is setup and fully functional.
